I Pride my Ammo on the top quality of powder we’re using. 308 / 7.62 x 51 ammo is made within my opinion the best powder on the market period. This powder is specifically made for AR/ and gas repeating rifles. With a copper fouler and flash suppressor inhibitor, this is by far the cleanest and best functioning ammo you’ll ever run. You’ll also seeing some very impressive accuracy from this product.
Our 308 / 7.62 x 51 Re-manufactured Processed Brass:
– Height Sorted
– Lightly Tumbled
– Roll Sized and Cleaned
– Brass is processed on a Camdex Commercial Processor and pressure checked for cracks, decapped and sized with 3 different sizing
bushings.
– Brass has been checked for ringers, swaged, and or reamed, then is wet tumbled for a like new look.
Our ammo is then loaded on new commercial grade automated machines. Powder is measured with precision metering equipment that provide the most reliable and consistent powder charges on the market. Since 308 takes more powder, we slow down the stroke of the machine to allow the most consistency in powder drops. We also run a dual stage powder drop. This allows for the most precise level of powder. The next step after powder charge is a powder check. Our powder check on this machine is precise down to two tenths of a grain of powder. Since the powder check measures the inside volume of the powder charge, We know that in each case the powder check inspects it will have the exact charge we intend it to have.
Quality Check:
Before our ammo ever sees the end-user, we hand inspect 100% of the product with chamber check gauges to insure the product meets SAAMI spec chambers.
Loaded ammunition is shipped via FedEx or UPS Ground.
